I have been a PT for the last 8 years and I love every minute of it. My tag line is ‘my goal is to help you reach yours’ and I really mean that. My passion in life is to help people.
Our health and fitness goals sometimes need more flexibility, that’s where my online packages can help you. I have devised these training options to suit everyone, based on time available and goals set. You choose the one right for you, detailed throughout the site.
I have a wide variety of clients from people recovering from strokes and heart attacks to people wanting to run an ultra-marathon. I am adaptive with my training and can make plans for people from all walks of life.
Nothing brings me more joy then hearing that my clients can run faster than before, can walk up the stairs without gasping for breath or have more mobility following a stroke.
