Hi, my name is Andy Collier. My goal is to help you reach yours

I have been a PT for the last 8 years and I love every minute of it, but before this I was working in an office. I understand the pressure of time management and work stress and the effects this has on overall health. This is why I took the leap into personal training.

My tag line is ‘my goal is to help you reach yours’ and I really mean that. My passion in life is to help people.

I feel I am not like your run of the mill stereotypical PT. I CARE about you and your health and I CARE about you achieving your fitness goals. I put in extra time if needed and support you in any way I can.

I am not about shouting at you to ‘give me 10 more’ or berating you if you have an off day. This is not how I get the best out of my clients. I understand that health is not just about the physical, but the mental as well.

Will I push you? Yes! Will I improve you? Yes!

But will I make you feel bad if you have an off day? Absolutely not!

I like to build trust with my clients in a safe environment where they feel at their best mentally, so they can train hard physically.

I have a wide variety of clients from people recovering from strokes and heart attacks to people wanting to run an ultra-marathon. I am adaptive with my training and can make plans for people from all walks of life.

Nothing brings me more joy then hearing that my clients can run faster than before, can walk up the stairs without gasping for breath or are now able to sign their name following a stroke. My clients stay with me, not just because they achieve results, but because we become friends.
